These expressions are use, when we are angry, surprised, frustrated.

• What happened?

If we wanna add some emotions. like you are surprised, angry. then you can say :

What the hell happened?

What the hell happened last night?

What the hell going on over there?

• What is that?   (this method is very polite)

• What the hell is that? (when you are shocked, angry)

• When did you get married?(with smiley face)
• When the hell did you get married?(here you are surprised)
• Where the hey are my keys?(😠)
• How the hell do i fix?(😠)
• Why the hell did you do that? (😠)
• Hell no! (very strong way to say no)

Example: 

Q):do you wanna do your homework?

A): Hell no!

• Hell yes! (very strong way to say yes)

Example: 

Q):do you wanna go to movie?

A):Hell yes! 

• For the hell of it. (Done something without any reason)

Example: 

Someone ask you why did you do that? you have no answer you can say : For the hell of it (means without any reason or just for fun)

• Like hell! (great speed/reckless)

When you are describing something. like driving, running

Example: 

I drove like hell.

I run like hell.

• When hell freezes over (means: never or it is fun expression)

Example: 

Q) When you go on a date with him?

A):I will go on a date with him when hell freezes over😁.(means never)
