Intensifiers: Makes the adjective more intense or dramatic, gives it more emphasis.
Common but interesting Intensifiers
- Instead of very big.
- you can say Enormous
Example: Your house is enormous.
- Instead of very small.
- you can say Tiny.
Example: My apartment is tiny.
- Instead of very smart.
- you can say Brilliant.
Example: you are brilliant
- Instead of very bad
- you can say awful/Dreadful/ horrible.
Example: This movie is awful.

- you can say certain
